QSMRacing Does Oakey in Style

QSMRacing Team have competed in the Oakey Two Day Classic over the weekend of the 13-14 February 2010. Brian O`Connell kept up his fine form finishing 2nd in the Saturday Criterium and 4th in the Sunday road race in the D Grade Race.
Keeping the women on the podium Jane Walker also finished 2nd in the Criterium and took out gold in the Road Race. Chris Nash also finished in the top 5 for the C Grade Division.
Congratulations to all that competed on the day.
The junior QSMRacers were also away but on a high performance camp hosted by QSM and QAS for the NEXGEN junior development program. Almost 30 kids from Newcastle to the Tablelands came together at the Northern NSW base for the high performance development program. They were privileged to go over the National U19 Road Championship courses and speak with some of the greatest cycling minds in QLD.
